Can I start selling on the free plan?

Yes. You can begin seller onboarding with the Free plan. Product and revenue limits, transaction fees, vendor store access, and automation tools follow the conditions shown on each plan card.

How are the monthly fee and transaction fee different?

The monthly fee is the plan charge, while the transaction fee applies to actual sales orders. They are shown separately and follow the selected plan and order conditions.

How does AI product listing work?

Upload product photos to generate an AI-assisted draft with part-number analysis, product title, description, and key features. Review the draft before continuing to product registration.

Where can I check Reel and publishing limits?

Monthly Reel creation, maximum Reel duration, monthly automatic publishing, and connected account limits vary by plan. Current values appear in each card's Automation section.

What are the vendor store and MotorsBay Messenger?

The vendor store presents listings by seller, and MotorsBay Messenger connects customer inquiries with seller responses. Availability is shown in the Selling and Automation sections.

Will products appear on shopping and global channels immediately?

Eligible product data can be prepared for Naver Shopping feeds and eBay global selling. Actual visibility and availability depend on channel review, policies, product status, and seller account approval.

Are international rates and fulfillment supported?

International shipping can use FedEx live rates. Depending on the plan and selling method, marketplace shipping assistance and fulfillment workflows can also be prepared.

What happens after seller onboarding?

After joining, prepare product listings, sales channels, and shipping conditions. You can then manage orders, customer messages, and used-parts quote requests from the seller panel.
