How do I add evidence?

Execute the following steps:

Step 1: Click support service in customer center.

Step 2: Update product information.

Step 3: Click Upload Evidence to add more evidence to support your claim.
You can provide a .jpg, .jpeg, .bmp or .png (up to 2 MB) file.
